We are proud that Metropolio Vertimai is trusted to carry out exceptionally important assignments. At the beginning of February, our conference interpreters Monika Matulevičiūtė and Simona Persson interpreted in Geneva at the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) during the consideration of the Lithuanian delegation’s seventh periodic report.
This was the third time the interpreters had worked at similar proceedings in Geneva, which are particularly demanding because of their subject matter, pace and the tension involved. The delegates have consistently been extremely satisfied with the service provided.
