UAB “Metropolis Translations” provides translation and other linguistic and related services. Careful and responsible work is extremely important, and the responsibility is huge. In order to ensure that the quality of services is high and always meet the expectations of customers and partners, the company has implemented operational processes in the course of its activities that meet the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001:2015 and LST EN ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 18587:2017 standards.

  • Considers the highest quality of provided services as the main goal and aspiration of the company;
  • Focuses on customers - tries to understand their current and future needs, meet requirements and exceed expectations;
  • The additional resources of time, employees, technological, material and non-material resources that have arisen are directed primarily to achieve the goals of quality improvement;
  • Set the highest professional requirements for employees, freelancers and company partners who create, check, adjust prepared services or otherwise influence their quality;
  • The provision is followed that customers must know and be informed about the company's efforts and measures to provide only the highest quality services and comply with the requirements of the standards.

The management of the company undertakes:

  • Ensure the functioning of the quality management system that meets the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001:2015, LST EN ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 18587:2017 standards and the continuous improvement of its effectiveness;
  • To comply with the legal, ethical norms and requirements imposed by laws applied to the organization. Determine what requirements apply and adhere to them in policy.
  • Take into account the needs of customers, use the best solutions for translation and other linguistic and related services;
  • Allocate sufficient resources for the continuous improvement of service quality and the overall quality management system, motivation of employees and hired specialists, improvement of qualifications, new technologies;
